Nicola has worked in financial services since leaving education. She worked in a high street bank, working her way up to be a branch manager when she was 24. Inspired to expand her knowledge further she started training to be a financial adviser in 2009. After choosing to take redundancy in 2013 Nicola is now enjoying her role as an Independent Financial Adviser. Her goal is to become a Chartered Financial Planner and she is continuing her personal development by studying for advanced qualifications.

In her spare time Nicola enjoys baking and taking her two dogs Missy and Alfie on long walks through the local countryside, regularly visiting the Lickey Hills and Waseley Hills.

Nasreen Akhter

Nasreen began her career in Financial Services in 2001.  She has previously worked for a High Street bank and as an Independent Financial Advisor before joining Whateley Wealth Management in July 2016.

In her spare time she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

John joined Whateley Wealth Management as an Independent Financial Adviser in January 2017.  He brings a wealth of experience having worked in financial services for the past 29 years.  He started working as an Investment Adviser for an insurance company in 1988.  John became an Independent Financial Adviser in 2007 and worked for a number of firms before joining the Whateley Wealth Management team.

John is a fan of classic cars and rock music and in his spare time he enjoys attending concerts, travelling, and walking his Jack Russell.

Tony joined Whateley Wealth Management in September 2016 with over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry.  He has also held a range of Technical roles, including pension review and compliance functions. His client relations have evolved through years of personal recommendations and via Professional connections such as Accountants and Solicitors.

Tony provides clear strategies and servicing arrangements which are monitored and reviewed where agreed. Through his treasured motto “you have two ears and one mouth- use in proportion” he strives to listen carefully and use plain English without jargon or waffle.

In his spare time Tony likes walking his dog, and swimming.

Babita Nahal

Babita, or Babz for short, qualified as a Mortgage Advisor in 2008 and joined Whateley Wealth Management in 2016 having previously worked as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser for a High Street bank and as an Independent Whole of Market Adviser. She offers tailored mortgage and protection recommendations based on her client’s individual needs and circumstances.  She is currently studying to become an Independent Financial Adviser.

In her spare time Babz enjoys spending time with her two very active children, relaxing with a good box set and is a self-confessed foodie.

 

 

Daisy Whateley

Daisy joined Whateley Wealth Management as a Mortgage and Protection Administrator in February 2016 after working in a pharmacy for 12 years.  She completed the UK financial services, regulations and ethics qualification in August 2016.  Daisy is also the company’s Pension Auto-Enrolment champion and has completed the Pensions Management Institute’s Certificate in Pension Automatic-Enrolment.

In January 2017 Daisy obtained the Certificate in Mortgage Practice and Advice qualification to allow her to become a Mortgage and Protection Adviser.

In her spare-time Daisy is also studying law and is in the third year of her bachelor of laws degree.  Studying aside, her favourite thing to do is to spend time with her two children.

Jane joined Whateley Wealth Management in 2016 and brings over 10 years of experience delivering administration and customer service support in the public, private and voluntary sectors.  She has previously worked for a Credit Union and a High Street bank.  In recent years, Jane has been responsible for administration and marketing coordination at a number of Business Support programmes. She completed the UK financial services, regulations and ethics qualification in May 2017.

Jane is a fan of a wide range of music and regularly attends concerts and festivals. In her spare time Jane enjoys cooking, gardening and walking her pet greyhound in the local countryside.

 

Emma Daly

Emma joined Whateley Wealth Management in October 2017 from a background in customer service.  She has completed her AAT Level 1 & Level 2 qualifications and intends to continue studying for a Level 3 diploma in Accounting.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys spending time with her young son and going out for nice meals and cocktails.

Matt joined Whateley Wealth Management in October 2016. Coming from a background in retail and the NHS, Matt is experienced at delivering in customer service roles. He also has a Degree in Film and Television Production.  Matt completed the UK financial services, regulations and ethics qualification in May 2017.

 In his spare time Matt plays for a local football team, enjoys playing a variety of sports and socialising with friends.

Lee Harrison

Lee joined Whateley Wealth Management in January 2017.  He has worked as a Financial Services Administrator for a number of firms since leaving education in 2012.  He is currently studying for the Certificate in Financial Administration and Planning. Prior to working in financial services lee studied at music college. In his spare time Lee enjoys playing guitar, socialising, and has a keen interest in film and cinema.

Georgia Savage

Georgia joined Whateley Wealth Management in September 2017 as an apprentice financial services administrator, providing general office administrative support for the whole team. She is also working towards a Business Administration qualification.

Georgia left school in 2016 and has previously worked as a waitress, in a warehouse, and was a campaign ambassador for a national children’s charity.

In her spare time Georgia enjoys shopping, socialising and is a bit of a foodie
